Cinnamon Fried Pineapple with Ice Cream

- Cut the pineapple into bitesize pieces.
- Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat and add honey, cinnamon powder and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Add the pineapple pieces and fry for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Remove the pineapple from the pan and serve it along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
