Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl along with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add some lukewarm water into it to make the dough (If you are using fast action east no need to soak in water, for ordinary east check the specification and use accordingly, and also don't use cold water or very hot water), Mix well and you will get a sticky dough. add some more olive oil on the top and greace it well. Allow the dough to rise for 3 to 4 hours. Wait for the dough to double in size and soft.
Make small balls of the dough and roll out according to your desired shapes. (You can make it oval shape by flipping it in hand). Then apply some water on one side and spread to all areas. Put this water sided area on the hot tawa or a non stick panel, after a few seconds you will get bubbles on it. Then turn in to upside down to the flame, so that you can cook the one side on direct flame. Take it out from the tawa. Apply some melted butter on it.
